The McGrath Institute for Church Life seeks a dedicated and mission-driven Digital Marketing Specialist implement a digital marketing strategy that drives online engagement with the McGrath Institute and its programming. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in optimizing and managing HubSpot as both a CRM and content management system.
This person will be responsible for amplifying social media and email engagement with the MICL audience using targeted messaging and useful content. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze email, web and social media metrics to develop actionable insights for future messaging and campaigns.
Experience in higher education and/or an agency setting is preferred. The role demands a proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment that is alternately autonomous and collaborative.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Analytics, or related field; 5-6 years of experience Preferred Qualifications: SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content creation. Analytical skills, excellent oral/written communication, highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems.
